Vinetage: 2018 Tasting Record：The wine has a bright yellowish, the aroma is fresh yellow fruit, yellow peach, pineapple, lemon, apple, pear, acidity and crisp. Food Pairing：suitable for Japanese cuisine, chicken, seafood, especially oysters, hairy crabs etc. -
Vinetage: 2020 Tasting: This is intensely concentrated Icewine, lightly oxidative, deep in golden hue and all pineapple to nose. Crunchy mixed with bruised apple, persistent and notable terseness, while the acidity runs high and does so with some acetic weight. Solid work with chardonnay nonetheless. -
Vinetage: 2020 Tasting Record：This shows a lifted quite volatile nose of shower curtain that is common to icewine, with ripe peachy fruit, floral, clover honey. It is medium bodied, sweet and almost maple syrup like except of course that is this intense lemony acidity. Very vibrant and tart edged. The length is excellent to outstanding. Food Pairing：Creamy chocolate biscuits, raspberries, mousse cakes and other desserts suitable for fresh berries. -
