It is medium bodied, sweet and almost maple syrup like except of course that is this intense lemony acidity. Very vibrant and tart edged. The length is excellent to outstanding. Food Pairing：Creamy chocolate biscuits, raspberries, mousse cakes and other desserts suitable for fresh berries. -
