1. What is the Byland Points<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>

The Byland Points is the royalty system of Byland Estate Winery, which is a promotion system for the customer. the customer can collect the points through the purchase, initial registration, awards for the multiple purchase and so on…, the customer can redeem the points at the next purchase or waiting for the better exchange rate in the special event for the wine product.<\/p>\n<\/div>

2. The start date of the Byland Points<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>

The Byland Points was published on April 15, 2021, from then on, all customer can collect the points for their purchase. the points balance will not added for the history orders through the online.<\/p>\n<\/div>

3. How to collect the Byland Points<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>

The customer can register the user id through “My Account” menu and login in for the purchase, the successful order will be given the initial 500 points plus the purchase points. If the customer place an order as the guest, the system will not given the points. the winery may promote an event with 2X, 3X… purchase points or publish the better exchange rate to redeem the points.<\/p>\n<\/div>

4. How to redeem the Byland Points<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>

The customer can redeem the points at the next purchase, directly use the points as the cash in the checkout or waiting for the better exchange rate published at the special time\/event.<\/p>\n<\/div>

5. How to calculate the purchase points<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>

The purchase points = the total amount *10 (for example, the total amount of the purchase is $270, the customer will be earn 2,700 points)<\/p>\n<\/div>
